which indicates their content.
(2) When was the first documented lighthouse built?
(3) How did the first lighthouses produce the light?
(4) Now let's look at the verbs in the first paragraph. Some
are in the Passive

their context. Translate each one, being careful about the tense,

Here's a good way to finish off your little visit to France.
The Pyrenees have some of the best skiing in Europe, though they're not
as well known as the Alps. Go to the above site and in the left column
choose Les Stations (ski resorts), then on the new page, choose one of
the 38 ski resorts. See what it has to offer and how much ski lifts cost.
Then check out a few more. You need to decide which one will be best for
you, based on facilities, price, size, etc.
Write down the name of the ski resort you have chosen and explain what's
so good about it. Include as much detail as you can. Your paragraph should
be around 150 words long. You can use the currency
converter to convert euros to Canadian dollars. Though note that not
all resorts indicate prices.
