Links
The ALLE project (Alberta
Language Learning Environment), based at the University of Calgary,
is preparing pages of links for teachers of the various languages taught
in Alberta. These pages don't just contain lots of links, they also
have links to the most important portals (i.e. pages of links), so they
act as a sort of meta-site for each particular language.

For Spanish,
the SiSpain site at the Spanish Embassy in Ottawa is a good starting
point. It's at http://www.sispain.com/
